A Separate Peace

This is by far my favorite project yet. I really like how it turned out. This was a Jasper Johns-inspired wax encaustic triptych. I used real pieces of nature.

  2. Ari, this piece is just. Amazing, I completely love it. The deep intensity on the natural color scheme is what really captures me. And you also have a very natural division between the three canvases that keep it clean. These photographs don't do it justice!

  3. This turned out really cool. The three different layers with all the nature really comes together and makes for a very captivating art work. The tree in the middle really brings it all together and allows for unity with all three pieces.

  4. I love your encaustic pieces. I love the colors of wax, the colors of the plants, and the charcoal.
